Miranda Levingston is a reporter and editor at Patch, covering daily life in Manhattan from 42nd Street and up.
Before joining Patch, she was the managing editor at BK Reader, a hyperlocal Brooklyn newspaper. She also has bylines in various publications throughout the city, including VICE (R.I.P.), Streetsblog, Bushwick Daily, and more.
Miranda holds a Bachelor’s degree from New York University, but more importantly, she was the news editor at NYU’s student paper, Washington Square News.
